The founder

A career built on resilience, two continents, and a belief in the right hires.

I started my career with a clear goal: to build something of my own. In 2008, I launched my first recruitment business in Melbourne with minimal investment and a real fear of failure. Over the next decade, I grew the business steadily — developing an approach to recruitment grounded in resilience, adaptability, and long-term client relationships.

When COVID-19 significantly impacted the business, I made the decision to reset and start again, relocating to the United Arab Emirates. Entering a new market brought its challenges, but it also led to five years of experience across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

During this time, I partnered with multinational, private, and government organisations — building strong regional insight and delivery capability. My experience spans Oil & Gas, Construction & Infrastructure, Hospitality, and Finance, where I've supported organisations in securing the talent they need to scale, deliver critical projects, and drive performance.

Today, with greater experience, clarity, maturity, and purpose. I take a hands-on, partner-led approach — working closely with clients to deliver precise, efficient, and high-quality hiring outcomes. I remain directly involved in every engagement, ensuring consistency, accountability, and impact.

I'm particularly driven by the long-term value of the right hires — their impact on performance, growth, and culture. Outside of work, I value time with my family and maintain a strong interest in financial markets and entrepreneurship.
